I have just placed my order.  What happens next?

Immediately after paying for your items, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us. Assuming that your order was not placed late Friday or over the weekend (and is in stock), we can typically ship out same day as long as the order was received prior to our 10am EST cut-off. All orders received after 10am EST will be shipped next business day, regardless of shipping method selected. After processing and once your order is en-route, you will receive a second email from us containing your shipping tracking number.

Help, I can’t find what I’m looking for or don’t see my usage application listed?

We haven’t met an application that we couldn’t handle – which is why we continue to be the preferred suction cup supplier to many of the world’s top consumer and retail companies.

Our Suction Cup eStore features only a small sampling of potential applications and uses. We encourage you to contact our customer service team at 800.237.8287, option 2 (M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm EST) if you have trouble finding exactly what you need, or wish to discuss a custom project. Custom projects require minimum quantities. Applicable molding and design charges will apply.

Why don’t you offer smaller quantities?

We do offer smaller quantities for prototypes and samples. As a bulk/wholesale suction cup supplier, we have found that it is often not cost effective to ship out smaller quantities, especially once manufacturing, labor and packaging costs are factored into the sale.

However, limited quantities of our suction cups with hooks are available in smaller consumer quantities in retail stores such as Michaels (packaged under the label, Art Minds) and in Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft Stores (packaged under Adams Manufacturing). You’ll also find some of our suction cups in hardware stores such as Ace and Do it Best.

How do I check on the status of my order? 

Customers will receive an email confirmation when their order is placed, and a second one once it ships. Additional order details can be accessed by visiting your account (look for the Customer Login link at the top of any page). You can also contact customer service at 800.237.8287, option 2 (M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm EST). Please note that orders must be placed by 10am EST to qualify for same day shipment.  All orders received after 10am EST will be shipped next business day, regardless of shipping method selected.  Please remember to add in the appropriate transit time based on the shipping method you selected.

Do you require minimum orders?

Although there is no minimum order amount required for suction cups, you must purchase the minimum bag or box case pack quantities that are available for that particular suction cup (which are referenced on all product pages). We do offer smaller quantities for prototypes and samples. Contact customer service at 800.237.8287, option 2 (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm EST) for additional details.

How do I pay for my order?

The Suction Cup eStore accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All transactions are processed through our PCI-compliant shopping cart that utilizes industry-leading security and fraud protection. We may offer additional payment options for “phone only” orders, including Net 30 (pending credit approval), wire transfer, or check (cleared in advance). Please contact customer service at 800.237.8287, option 2 (M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm EST) to discuss these additional payment options.

It is our strict policy not to ship any product until payment has fully cleared and/or been received. For fastest service, we recommend ordering online through accepted payment methods.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is only charged on shipments delivered within the U.S. state of Pennsylvania – and will be assessed during checkout, unless you are tax exempt (in which case, you will need to place your order over the phone, and will be required to provide proof of tax exempt status). If you are tax exempt, please do not attempt to place any orders online – as this functionality is not built into our shopping cart.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.  You will receive an additional confirmation email with your shipping tracking number once your order has been processed and has been shipped.

Can I view my order history or account information? 

Yes.  Click on the “Login” link located at the top of any page, and enter the same email and password you used when you initially registered for an account.  This feature is not available if you registered as a guest, although you are always welcome to call customer service at 800.237.8287, option 2 (M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm EST) to obtain order details.

What should I do if I forget my account password?

Resetting your lost password couldn’t be any easier! Simply find the “Login” link located in the upper right of any a page.  When you click on it, you will be taken to the Custom Login page where you will be able to request a new password.

Do I have to sign up for an account to purchase items from your eStore?

No.  Once you checkout, you will be able to continue your transaction as a guest, with no sign-up required – although we always recommend creating a free account. Doing so will allow you to access order details and history – and will make re-orders much easier (by pre-populating contact information).  If you check out as a guest and change your mind, you will still be able to create an account on your order confirmation page.

How do you handle repeat or replenishment orders?  

The next time you shop at Suction Cup eStore, you can save time at checkout by logging into the same account you created when you initially registered (look for the “Login” link in the upper right of any page). This will prefill your address and contact information at checkout.  You will also be able to review past order histories and details. You are also welcome to contact customer service at 800.237.8287, option 2 (M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm EST).
