What is your return, exchange and order cancellation policy?

Generally, returns, exchanges or cancellations are only accepted if defects are found in materials or workmanship – or if your ordered items are missing or damaged. We handle every situation on a case-by-case basis, and encourage you to contact customer service at 800.237.8287, option 2 to discuss your issue.

In some cases such as buyer remorse, a re-stocking fee may apply, which would be deducted from your total refund amount.
