Are your suction cups really “Made in the USA?”
Yes, we’re proud of the fact that all of our suction cups are designed-engineered and manufactured from our state-of-the-art facility (using U.S.-sourced materials) in Portersville, Pennsylvania. To learn more, visit our Made in USA page.
What materials are used to make your suction cups?
We use PVC or phthalate-free material for our suction cups, and utilize brass nuts (not plastic) in our screws and nuts.
Will your suction cups work on any surface?
We recommend fixing our suction cups to dry, clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces like glass, mirrors, glossy plastic, glazed ceramic tiles, etc.
Our suction cups are design-engineered to hold in extreme temperatures ranging from -20F (-29C) to 120F (49C), but should initially be applied in temperatures above 40F (4C).
Always test suction cups before hanging valuable or fragile items. Our published weight ratings are given as a general guide based on suction cups with hooks applied to glass. A screw-in fitting may lower the weight rating for an attached item due to its reliance on the thread in the PVC. If you have any concerns over weight limits, we strongly recommend discussing these with our customer service team at 800.237.8287, option 2 (M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm EST) prior to placing any order.
There are some newer suction cups on the market that use a sticky substance applied around the outside lip of the cup in order to adhere to non-porous surfaces. We recommend against using these. In our testing, we have found that these cups can potentially damage sensitive surfaces (such as peeling off paint), or can leave behind sticky residue that may be difficult to remove.

Can I find your suction cups in retail stores?
Limited quantities of our suction cups with hooks are available in retail stores such as Michaels (packaged under the label, Art Minds) and in Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft Stores (packaged under Adams Manufacturing). You’ll also find some of our suction cups in hardware stores such as Ace, Do it Best, and True Value.
