Where do you ship and what shipping methods are available?
We currently offer worldwide shipping to most locations (please call for international orders). For domestic orders shipping to a U.S. address, we offer shipping via FedEx and UPS. For extremely large or complex orders (including international orders), please contact customer service at 800.237.8287, option 2 (M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm EST), as more cost-effective shipping methods may be available.
How much does shipping cost?
Real-time shipping rates are calculated and assessed at the time of checkout based on your “Ship To” address, along with other factors, such as preferred delivery method (e.g. overnight, ground, priority, etc.) and shipment weight. The Suction Cup eStore ties directly into FedEx and UPS shipping systems to ensure the most accurate, up-to-date published domestic rates. When feasible and cost effective, we may try and consolidate multiple order items into a single package – although we are currently set up to ship multiple-item orders in their respective individual boxes and/or packages.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Most bulk items are in stock and can be shipped same day after order placement (additional processing time may be needed for orders placed late Friday or over weekends). During peak shipping periods (like holidays) where there is an extremely heavy shipping volume, some delivery times may take longer than anticipated or advertised. Due to unforeseen delays beyond our control, we are not able to guarantee exact transit times or delivery dates. Although your chosen shipper may have their own delivery guarantee, most shipping methods are based on estimated average transit times, which may be impacted during peak periods.
Orders must be placed by 10am EST to qualify for same day shipment. All orders received after 10am EST will be shipped next business day, regardless of shipping method selected.
Once your order has been processed and you receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number, you will then need to add in the additional time for transit based on the preferred shipping method you have selected (e.g. overnight, ground, etc.).
For example, if you order a 100-count bag of suction cups on Monday morning (before our 10am EST cutoff) and select overnight shipping, we will package and ship your order same day (Monday), and you will receive it on Tuesday.
If you placed your order Monday after our 10am EST cutoff and selected overnight shipping, you will get it on Wednesday.
Please call us at 800.237.8287, option 2 (M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm EST) if you require your order any sooner, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that international orders may take longer to receive due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to Customs delays.
Will you deliver to a residence or a business?
We can deliver to both residential and business locations.
Can I track my shipping?
Yes. After we process your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking number to acknowledge that your order is en-route. Simply click on the enclosed link to track your package through respective FedEx or UPS websites. You are also welcome to contact our customer service department at 800.237.8287, option 2 (M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm EST) to obtain shipment status.
